ASHTANGA <3 Yoga Style
Ashtanga comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “eight limbs”. This type of yoga was the foundation for Vinyasa and other blood cleansing yogas. Yoga means to “control the mind” and Ashtanga embraces this concept even more so through breath, posture, and sense control.
The beginning of blood cleansing treatment requires the daily practice of asana postures.
Ashtanga as well as Vinyasa is excellent for cleansing (detoxing) and thinning the blood, promotes better circulation and lightness within the body. The postures cleanse the organs and protect the heart. Ashtanga is a continuation of the Vinyasa postures , synchronizing the body with the mind with the spirit.
Practicing the Asanas daily, and moving into Ashtanga will cleanse the Six Poisons of the Spiritual Heart one by one (Kama, desire) (Krodha, anger) (Moha, delusion) (Lobha, greed) (Matsayra, sloth) and (Mada, envy).
